Our Guarantee to You
At Space Cleaners, we stand by the quality of our end of lease cleaning service. Our Bond Back Guarantee means that if your property manager or landlord has any issues with the cleaning of items on our checklist, we will return to the property to rectify them free of charge.
Scope of the Guarantee
What We Cover
The guarantee specifically covers the items detailed on our end of lease cleaning checklist. If your agent's final report notes any of these items as unsatisfactory, we will re-clean them. This includes areas like kitchen surfaces, cupboards, oven, bathrooms, wardrobes, skirting boards, and window sills.
What is Not Covered
The guarantee applies to the quality of our cleaning service and does not cover:
- Pre-existing damage, permanent stains, or general wear and tear on the property.
- Mould removal, pest control, or ceiling cleaning (unless booked as an additional service).
- Areas that were not accessible or were not properly cleared of personal items at the time of cleaning.
- Any issues arising after our team has completed the clean (e.g., new footprints, dust settling).
- Outdoor areas like gardens and garages, unless specifically included in your quote.
How to Make a Claim
To ensure a swift resolution, please follow these simple steps:
- Notify Us Promptly: You must contact us within 7 days of your service date.
- Provide Documentation: Email us a copy of your property manager's outgoing inspection report. The report must clearly state the specific cleaning-related issues.
- Schedule Re-Clean: We will arrange a time to return to the property within 72 hours to address the items listed in the report.
Conditions for a Valid Guarantee
For the guarantee to be valid, the following conditions must be met:
- The property must be completely empty of all personal belongings and rubbish before our team arrives.
- No other individuals or tradespeople should enter the property after our cleaning is complete.
- Our team must have access to electricity and hot running water throughout the service.
- Full payment for the service must have been received on or before the day of the clean.
